January 20th Favorite Bath and Beauty Deals at CVS

Surprisingly, being the bath and beauty lover that I am, shopping at CVS is new to me. Few things excite me like a good deal, so after this week’s haul though, I might be hooked.

Below are my favorite bath and beauty deals at CVS this week.

CVS has a fun rewards program in which you can earn Extra Bucks (like a CVS gift card) to use toward your next purchase. Using Extra Bucks, I was able to get all of the above for $3.07 (+tax) and I received $5 in Extra Bucks to use next time!

Here’s how I did it:

To take advantage of the Extra Bucks rewards, I purchased all of the above in three separate transactions.

Transaction #1

I bought two Revlon eye shadows at $5.29 a piece.

Minus two $1 off coupons from the January 13 SmartSaver newspaper insert.

For a total of $8.58 plus I received $7 Extra Bucks.

Transaction #2

I bought two Softsoap body washes and two lady SpeedStick deodorants for $3 a piece.

Minus two $1 off SpeedStick deodorant coupons and two .75 cent SoftSoap coupons from the January 20 SmartSaver newspaper insert.

Minus my $7 Extra Bucks from transaction #1

For a total of $1.50 plus I received $6 Extra Bucks.

Transaction #3

I bought one Schick Quattro Titanium Razor for 10.99.

Minus one $2 off coupon from the January 13 SmartSaver newspaper insert.

Minus the $6 Extra Bucks from Transaction #2.

For a total of $2.99 plus $5 Extra Bucks.

Overall total for all three transactions

$13.07 plus $5 Extra Bucks to use next time. I also had $10 Extra Bucks from a previous shopping trip which made my overall total only $3.07!
