Ugglebo Clogs Review
I love the unique style of Ugglebo Clogs, a mix of traditional Swedish footwear and contemporary style. Ugglebo offers a fun selection of clogs for women, everything from classics, to sandals, to boots. Each wood clog is handcrafted using high quality leather and Alderwood.
In the picture below, I am modeling the Minsk clog in stone.
I love the lattice weaving, the brass nailheads along the sides, and the beautiful, suede leather. I have sensitive feet and can’t handle much heel height. The 2.65-inch heel on the Minsk is a nice compromise.
When you think of a shoe with a wooden sole you wouldn’t expect comfort, but it wasn’t too bad. The rigidness of the hand-carved Alderwood takes some getting used to, but they are actually pretty easy to wear. I like the stability they offer and the slip resistant rubber on the soles.
